I. Giới thiệu:

Sau khi đã xây dựng hoàn chỉnh Sharepoint 2007 dành cho hệ thống doanh nghiệp, bạn cần phải đưa ra giải pháp Backup để đề phòng sự cố virus hoặc bị mất dữ liệu. Trong phần cuối của loạt bài viết này, chúng tôi sẽ giới thiệu cách Backup và Restore trên Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007

Phần 7 bao gồm các bước:

1. Backup Site Collection on Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007

2. Giả lập Site Collection bị lỗi

3. Restore Site Collection on Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007

II. Thực hiện:

1. Backup Site Collection on Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007
- Mở Sharepoint 3.0 Central Administrator

- Hộp thoại xác nhận quyền, nhập username và password của Administrator

- Giao diện của Central Administration dùng để quản lý MOSS 2007. Qua tab Operations, chọn Perform a backup

- Trong trang Select Component to Backup, đánh dấu chọn vào Farm để backup toàn bộ Site Collection, sau đó nhấn Continue to Backup Options

- Trong trang Select Backup Options, ở mục Type of Backup, chọn kiểu Full. Ở mục Backup File Location, trỏ đường dẫn đến thư mục mà bạn muốn Backup, ví dụ: C:\Backup. Sau đó nhấn OK

- Trong trang Backup and Restore Status, bạn đợi khoảng từ 3-5 phút, trang web sẽ tự động Refresh thông báo tình trạng Backup

- Quá trình Backup hoàn tất, để ý ở khung Progress sẽ thấy hiện “Completed”

2. Giả lập Site Collection bị lỗi:
- Trong trang Central Administrator, qua tab Application Management. Bên dưới mục Sharepoint Site Management, chọn Delete Site Collection

- Trong trang Delete Site Collection, ở mục Site Collection, nhấn chuột vào mũi tên, chọn Change Site Collection

- Ở mục Web Application, chọn http://server:55555. Đây là Site MSOPENLAB mà tôi đã tạo từ phần 1. Sau đó nhấn OK

- Quay trở lại trang Delete Site Collection, nhấn Delete để tiến hành xóa

- Hộp thoại yêu cầu bạn xác nhận có chắc chắn xóa hay không, nhấn OK

- Mở một trang mới, truy cập vào địa chỉ: http://server:55555 sẽ thấy không truy cập được

3. Restore Site Collection on Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007
- Đăng nhập vào Central Administrator, qua tab Operations, chọn Restore from Backup

- Trong trang Select Backup Location, trỏ đường dẫn đến thư mục mà bạn đã Backup. Sau đó nhấn OK

- Trong trang Select Backup to Restore, đánh dấu chọn ở mục Select, sau đó nhấn Continue Restore Process

- Trong trang Select Component to Restore, đánh dấu chọn vào Farm. Sau đó nhấn Continue Restore Process

- Trong trang Select Restore Options, mục Type of restore, chọn Same Configuration. Bên dưới nhập vào Login Name và Password. Sau đó nhấn OK

- Trong trang Backup and Restore Status, bạn đợi khoảng từ 3-5 phút, trang web sẽ tự động refresh thông báo tình trạng Restore
