Không thể xóa domain trong plesk winn (Unable to Remove and Delete Domain From Plesk)
 

Vì một lý do nào đó mà bạn không thể xóa 1 domain nào đó trong plesk (vào iis xóa domain, xóa account ftp... trước khi vào xóa trong plesk)

Cách 1:

Remote Desktop vào Server

Run ->cmd gõ: cd %plesk_bin% để truy cập vào thư mục của plesk

gõ 2 lệnh dưới

mchk --domain --domain-name=quantrinet.com
websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=quantrinet.com


Truy cập vào Admin của Plesk xóa lại domain nếu không được bạn làm các bước tiếp theo

Remote Desktop vào Server
vào Mở: Mailenable Administrator

Kiểm tra domain bạn cần xóa có trong list: Post Offices hay không?



Nếu không thấy bạn cần tạo lại domain này



Điền thông tin chi tiết vào và Lưu lại


Vào Domains > New > Domains.


Nhập vào thông tin và lưu lại



Vào lại thư mục Plesk

Start -> cmd gõ lệnh: cd %plesk_bin%

Chạy lại 2 lênh sau:

mchk --domain --domain-name=quantrinet.com

websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=quantrinet.com

Vào Plesk thử xóa lại domain!

2. Cách thủ công!

1. Remove the domain from inetpub > vhosts
2. Remove domain from Mail Enable Administrator
3. Remove from C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Post Offices
4. Remove from C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Config\Post Offices
5. Remove from Internet Information Services manager
6. Remove from Computer management Console - System Tools > Local Users and Groups > Users. You must remove referances to the domain for Plesk Domain User and Plesk IIS User
7. Remove DNS entry from C:\Program Files\SWsoft\plesk\dns\etc\named.conf
8. Remove all referances to the domain in the psa database for the following tables

• domains
• domain_aliases
• data_bases
• db_users
• sys_users
• hosting
• dns_recs

You can access the psa database by opening a command prompt and changing to the mysql directory, usually \Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\mysql\bin

The type in the command "mysql -u admin -ppassword -P8306"

password là password admin của plesk(chú ý: -p và password không có khoản cách)

mysql> show databases;
mysql> use psa;
mysql> show tables;
mysql> describe domains;
mysql> select * from domains;
mysql> delete from domains where name = 'domain.com';

lap lai cac lenh tren voi cac tables khac!

Truy cập vào Plesk Control Panel xem lại!
