Plesk không thể truy xuất đến license key. Lỗi sau xuất hiện:

Key Update Status:
Unable to update Plesk Key. An error occurred while processing your key.

You can try to update it later. The key cannot be upgraded due to the network failure during connection with the Key Authority server. Please check that your Internet connection is configured, you can resolve and access ka.swsoft.com and your firewall enables outgoing connections to TCP port 5224.

Tuy nhiên, lại có thể telnet đến ka.swsoft.com trên port 5224.

Nguyên nhân
Khi Plesk gửi một yêu cầu đến máy chủ KA nó sẽ tạo một gói XML đặc biệt. Dữ liệu cho gói này thì được lưu giữ trong bảng "key_history" của cơ sở dữ liệu Plesk.

Nhưng vì lý do nào đó dữ liệu này bị hư (corrupted), dẫn đến không thể truy xuất được.

Ví dụ việc hư records trong cơ sở dữ liệu MySQL:

Giải pháp
Records có số ID 2 và 3 đã bị hỏng. Để sửa lỗi này cần thiết phải xóa bỏ chúng đi. Sử dụng câu lệnh dưới đây để xóa bỏ record bị hỏng:

mysql> delete from key_history where id=2 or id=3;
Query OK, 2 rows affected(0.03 sec)
