Khi bạn click vào tab "Website & Domains" trên Parallels Plesk Panel gặp phải ngay lỗi sau:

Khi thực hiện việc cấu hình lại thiết lập về IIS cho một domain bằng việc sử dụng tiện ích websrvmng.exe cũng gặp phải lỗi sau:

Nguyên nhân
Do cơ sở dữ liệu của Parallels Plesk Panel thì không nhất quán dẫn đến lỗi liên quan đến chứng chỉ (certificates) trong cấu hình IIS.

Giải pháp
Chạy dòng query để xác định chính xác việc không nhất quán:

mysql> SELECT id,name FROM domains WHERE htype='vrt_hst' AND id NOT IN (SELECT dom_id FROM hosting);

Sau đó chạy câu lệnh khác để sửa lỗi:

mysql> UPDATE domains SET htype='none' WHERE htype='vrt_hst' AND id NOT IN (SELECT dom_id FROM hosting);

Để bảo đảm chắc chắn rằng không còn lỗi này xảy ra nữa, hãy xóa chứng chỉ (certificates) của máy chủ bằng cách vào IIS -> Server -> Server certificates.
Sau đó vào Plesk Reconfigurator -> Repair Plesk Installation -> Plesk Services để sửa chữa.
